Tamara and her partner Tamara Hannah are terrific, they helped me buy a condo in Miami from beginning to end and were thoroughly helpful and responsive every step of the way, going above and beyond to hold my hand through the process and guide me to the best decisions. A lot of the transaction was while I was out of town and they handled many things for me including the inspection and connecting me with a good mortgage banker. I can't say enough about my two real estate agents Tamara Swan and Tamara Hannah. They sold my Condo in Fort Lauderdale. I basically just followed their instructions, although they always listen to my opinions and made adjustments accordingly, and the closing went off without a hitch. I didn't have any stress; they did all the hard work and worrying for me. Ms. Swan worked tirelessly to keep both the buyers and myself in the deal through the closing, while Ms Hannah, who is an attorney(what a team), kept me protected and appraised of all my rights so I wouldn't be taken advantage of. Also Tamara Swan helped the buyer's appraiser come to a fair value for my property. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I sold my property at a very good price. Despite decades of real estate experience in Texas, Washington and Colorado I had zero experience in Florida let alone Mi-ami Beach.
